Purpose 2 is the new album that was just released by indie music producer and CHH artist Germaine Martel.
The latest single from the album is titled “The Trump”. On this track, Germaine wastes no time in addressing the state of racial relations in our country. But he doesn’t leave listeners hanging or hopeless. Through song, Germaine gives a little insight on how we can work to turn the negative into positive. Even though the self-produced track gives off a chill vibe, the lyrics provide high intensity and paint a vivid image.
Previously, Germaine released “Already Know,” a high energy 808 and crisp hi-hat driven track that addressed several issues plaguing urban communities today. Guns, drugs, violence, police brutality and at the root of it all, sin itself. Germaine sticks to his signature grittiness on “Already Know” but does add a new vocal element.
